When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers. We also collect order history and loyalty program data to provide our services.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to process orders, send order confirmations and status updates, operate the Dunked Rewards loyalty program, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential cookies to maintain your session and cart. We may use anonymised analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
4. Data sharing
We share your information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. Stripe for payment processing, Google Maps for delivery address verification). These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. Order history is retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
6. Your rights
Under applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@dunked.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and store data on secure servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
